Wembley Arena
This was my first ever music experience away from home so I didn't really know what to expect. I had wasted all my excitement the month my Mum bought the tickets for us, which was the year before so I wasn't as excited as I thought I'd be. We got on the coach to take us to London that day, and it took about an hour and a half to arrive. When we finally got there, everything seemed to happen really quickly which is why my memory isn't great for this particular gig.
Jeff Brazier was the presenter, and he introduced all 8 acts before the performances began, and they all performed their favourite songs they had sung on the show. Jedward, Joe Mcelderry, Stacey Soloman, Olly Murs, Lucie Jones, Jamie Archer, Danyl Johnson and Lloyd Daniels were the acts that were lucky enough to make it onto the tour, and they were all absolutely brilliant. Jedward sang Ghostbusters, and flew over the audience half way through the song which got all the audience on their feet and it was such a great atmosphere. When Joe Mcelderry finally came on, he did the same.
As it was my first ever concert, I was pretty much amazed at how it all turnt out, the lighting, the atmosphere and just the fact Olly Murs was on stage made me tearful and my mum still teases me for it to this day. We didn't buy any merchandise, video anything or meet any of the acts because we weren't aware you could do those things, but here's a photo of Olly Murs that I took as a reminder of that day.
